We were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and comfortable rooms at Ayre Hotel. The balcony facing the road was perfect for my husband who smokes. The palatial bathroom had everything we needed, despite the heated floor issue. The location, only a short walk from the station, was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, although the service was a bit inconsistent. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and smartly furnished, and all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We thought it was an outstanding hotel and team of staff. It was well located in a quiet street but near the centre of town.

Although the parking space was a bit tight, this was the best hotel during our stay in whole of Spain. The staff will do everything to make you welcome and comfortable. The room was large, clean, well decorated, well equiped. The bed had great mattress. The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner and there is a gym also. We left behind an item in the room and they kindly sent it back to our country. Well located - 10 minutes walk from bus and train station.

The staff at Ayre Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us with parking, checked us in early, and gave us great recommendations for exploring the city. The room was spacious and spotless, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and a friendly staff that catered to our preferences. The hotel is located in a nice residential area, within walking distance of the old town and transportation stations. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and accommodating place to stay.

The room was spotless. The bed linens were white, crisp and luxurious. The bathroom was generously sized with a shower that included a bathtub. The bathroom tile was beautiful. The sink was large. There was tons of hot water and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We had a lovely terrace off of our room where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the late afternoon. The beds were comfortable. WIFI was FREE!!! The hotel is located along the route up to the Santa Maria del Naranco church, the San Miguel de Lillo church and the El Cristo statute on the top of Mount Naranco so we walked to the top from our hotel room.

I liked everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it. For some the location might be an issue as the hotel is located in a quieter residential area about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station, the "wine street", San Francisco Park etc. We were a group of three friends in our 50's and 60's who lead an active lifestyle so walking into "town" two or three times a day was not big deal for us. I was in Oviedo to visit my college age son who was studying there. We liked being a bit of the beaten track - once the traffic of the day died down the hotel was very quiet.

The hotel provided comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and free internet access. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location, which allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. The breakfast selection was affordable and delicious. Despite a minor issue with the bed being too hard, the extra blankets provided a simple solution. The warm reception from Fernando made my stay extra special, as he offered a comprehensive guide to the area and was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and value for money.

Great hotel staff very helpful in answering all different questions and concerns my husband and I had. Rooms although relatively small were very well decorated. Free wifi in room.location was good--about a 5 from main shopping district

Quite expensive breakfast for value (13 euro/ person) and charged for arage. None of the other hotels we had stayed in throught our trip charged. We eneded up parking in the near by streets where there is plenty of free parking. The hotel staff was qucik to acknowlege unresponablness of charging for garage and helpgul in helping us identify free puclic spaces

Our recent stay at Ayre Hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient parking option provided by the hotel. I highly recommend Ayre Hotel for anyone visiting Oviedo.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Northern Spain and I think this was our favourite. It is about 15 minutes from the old town - perhaps a little far but manageable - and it is near enough to walk to the pre-romanic churches. The staff were friendly and helpful - even got up early to give us breakfast when we needed it. The rooms were very pleasant and the whole place welcoming. I chose it mainly because it sounded interesting, but partly for location.
